By booking an appointment and using our services, you agree to the following Policies and Expectations. These policies are to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all our clients.

1. Client Intake

To provide the most effective and personalized care, please ensure that you provide all relevant information during your intake. This includes any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or special considerations that may assist your therapist in delivering the best possible treatment tailored to your specific needs.

2. Punctuality

Your time is valuable, and we respect that. We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your first treatment and at least 5 minutes before any subsequent treatments. Arriving early helps ensure that you are relaxed and prepared for your massage, allowing for a full session to begin on time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments.

3. Cancellations

Life happens, and we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a charge for the full treatment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

4. Appropriate Conduct

At Wilawan Healing Massage & Bodywork, we maintain a professional, respectful environment. Clients are expected to behave appropriately and respectfully during their treatment. Any conduct deemed inappropriate, including verbal or physical abuse, inappropriate requests, or harassment, will result in the immediate termination of the treatment, and the client may be banned from future visits.

5. Conversation During Your Treatment

While it’s natural to engage in conversation at the start of your treatment, we encourage you to find moments of quiet during your session to fully embrace the healing process. Taking the opportunity to relax, breathe deeply, and connect with your body will allow you to get the most out of your massage therapy.

6. Health & Safety

We take your health and safety seriously. If you are feeling unwell or have any health concerns that may impact your treatment, we ask that you notify us before your appointment. We reserve the right to modify or refuse treatment if deemed necessary for your health and well-being.

7. Payment

All treatments are subject to payment at the time of service. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit, and debit cards. Credit card information is taken at the time of booking only to confirm your treatment, and will be used in the case of a no show.

8. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure the highest standard of care, we are not liable for any injuries or conditions that arise during or after your treatment. By agreeing to these Policies and Expectations, you acknowledge that you have provided accurate information and have consulted with a medical professional if necessary before undergoing any massage.
